This year, the Annual General Meeting was held at the Thongsomboon Club, Pak-Chong, Nakornrajchasima Province on Friday 26th and Saturday 27th of May, 2006. Altogether, there were approximately 90 concierges including associate members joined this annual activity. The assemble point is at Chao-Phraya Park Hotel, all members are gathered together and departed Chao-Phraya Park at 09:00 hrs. The coach arrived Thongsomboon Club at 12:00 hrs and Thai lunch buffet is served at the Oldies Steak House. The meeting in the afternoon is consisted of the yearly summary from the President, the Treasurer Report and the Public Relation Report, also the yearly plan for 2006 is announced by Honorary Secretary. The group photo is taken before the afternoon tea and the owner of Thongsomboon Club Khun Polpoj Polcharoenkiate joined us in the second half of the meeting. In the evening, all members enjoyed the Barbeque dinner, the Cowboy show and the live music entertainment. On Saturday morning, all members participated in the activities provided by Thongsomboon Club, there were the rides, go cart, flying fox and many other activities. We left Thongsomboon Club at 13:00 hrs for lunch at Mae-Fei restaurant before retuning to Bangkok with satisfied.

This year the concept of Venue was totally different from year 2005, after we had spent a nice ambience of the beach then this the concept is back to the nature, Mountain, forest ,animals, and activities in a country of Cowboy Styles.

The highlight are the accommodations which are different from each other, beside that the atmosphere and activities during the day times made this function even more enjoyable.
