Mr.Sombat Kuruphan, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Tourism and Sport giving the opening speech of the Art Exhibition organized by Les Clefs d'Or Thailand, Central World and Sippavit Polsingha. The Art Exhibition is at Genius Zone, 6th Floor, Central World from 23 March - 3 April 2011. The purpose is to raise funds for establish the Phu Foi Lom Narumitr Art Center in Udorn Thani.
