Suwit Niyom, President of Les Clefs d'Or Thailand and Executive Committee members were given the speech to the participants in Asia Pattaya Hotel during the 6 days seminar, organized by Rajabhat Suan Dusit University and The Ministry of Tourism and Sports on November 22, 2010. The seminar is aimed to develop the service skills of the Front Office staff, in Bell Service section according to the agreement of ASEAN Common Competency Standards for Tourism Professionals (ACCSTP).
