The 55th U.I.C.H. International Congress - Copenhagen Denmark
January 11th -16th, 2008

Khun Praneet and myself were only two fortunate delegated to represent Thailand during The 55th U.I.C.H. International congress held in Copenhagen, Denmark, was attended by concierge from 36 countries all over the world. We attended The Board of Directors on 12th Jan 2008. It was very important board meeting to vote " Agentina" as new independent chapter in 2008. In the evening we were separate and joined a surprise dinner hosted by one concierge member in his residence. They cooked original Denish food and we learned more about their culture. It was a special evening to be with our concierge.

On 13th Jan 2008,we attended The Educational Symposium at The National Museum of Denmark. It was concerned with concierge networking. In the evening we went out and had dinner at "Lantz Restaurant" near the river. It was excellent.

On 14th Jan 2008,we went to city tour see around Copenhagen city. In the evening The Ambassador of China invited all Asian delegates and board directors for dinner at Chinese Embassy.

On 15th Jan 2008, we attended General Assembly at D'Angleterer Hotel. On this day The Board of Directors announced "Baan Khanitha Thai Restaurant" as the best restaurant in Thailand and had given good support to Les Clefs d'Or Thailand and Mr. Roger Bostoni The World President presented the diploma to the our president. In the evening we attended The Gala Dinner at The Marketenderiet where we wore our Thai costume. It was very nice and wonderful dinner.

The 55th U.I.C.H. Inter national Congress in Copenhagen was really a good experience and an enhance opportunity to meet all concierge around the world and good relationship with them. We look forward to the next congress in China, Pottugal in 2010, Canada in 2011 and United Kingdom in 2012.
